9xchat brings the power and flexibility of your AI workspace to Android and iOS. Optimized for touchscreens and on-the-go workflows, the mobile app lets you chat with top cloud models, dictate thoughts hands-free, search the web, and reference your knowledge.
Install 9xchat on Google Play or the App Store. Sign in with your existing UID to access your credits, plan, and device slot.
Mobile workflows
1. Hands-free voice and read out loud
- Lightning Voice Input: Tap the microphone icon in the composer to speak. 9xchat rapidly transcribes your speech into formatted text before sending.
- Read Out Loud (TTS): Tap the speaker icon on any message to have the model's response read aloud to you.
2. Quick actions sheet (@ and /)
Typing long prompts on mobile keyboards is slow. In the mobile composer, tapping
a bare @ or / opens a quick-action bottom sheet where you can select:
- Pre-configured prompt templates
- Custom AI agents
- Internal notes to reference
- Built-in tools such as web search
3. YouTube and web intelligence
- YouTube Transcripts: Paste a video URL into the chat to fetch the full video transcript and generate summaries or answers.
- Live Web Search: Enable real-time web browsing to fetch up-to-date facts, news, and citations.
4. Local storage per device
Like the desktop app, 9xchat mobile stores your chat history, notes, prompts, and memories locally in the app database on your phone. They are not automatically synced across devices in the background. To move a conversation between your computer and phone, use Encrypted Handoff.

Moving chats between phone and desktop
Use Encrypted Handoff to transfer active chats between your computer and phone:
- Tap Handoff in the chat menu on either device.
- Enter the generated 6-digit code on the other device.
- The conversation transfers securely with end-to-end encryption.
