Downloads and editing
Manage the queue, completed files, retries, trimming, and audio conversion.
Open Downloads from the left sidebar. The page has separate Queue and Completed views.
Queue
Use the queue to monitor transfers and act on each item:
- pause or resume an active download;
- cancel an item;
- retry a failed item;
- stop automatic retrying; or
- restart or clear groups of downloads from the page actions.

The compact queue on the right side of Home shows current progress without leaving the extraction screen. Choose View All to open the full queue.
Completed
The completed view supports searching and sorting saved items. Depending on the file and its current availability, its actions can open the file, reveal its folder, return to the source, download it again, edit it, or remove its history entry.

Trim a completed file
Choose the completed item's edit action. For video, set the start and end time with the filmstrip handles or time fields, preview the selection, then apply the change. Audio files use an equivalent range selector.

The original local file must still exist. If it was moved or deleted outside 9xbuddy, reveal the current folder or download it again first.
Trimming needs an active trial or subscription — see Free and Pro.
Convert video to MP3
When the completed item supports conversion, choose its MP3 conversion action. The converted file is added to the completed list after processing.
This converts a file you have already downloaded. Saving a source's audio as a separate result at extraction time is a different feature, and one a free account cannot use — see Your first download.
