Getting started
First run
Create your account number and finish the short setup.
Your account number (UID)
9xSnap gives you a UID the first time you open it. The same UID unlocks Pro on your computer and your phone. See UID and devices.
Setup on Android
Setup has three short steps. Each permission is explained on screen.
- Accessibility service: shows the floating 9x button, notices when you copy and takes screenshots. It never reads password fields.
- Screen capture and recording: lets 9xSnap save screenshots and record the screen. Android asks for consent each time you record.
- Notifications: shows recording controls and the optional shortcut notification.
You can change any of these later in Settings › Permissions. If your phone stops background apps, Settings › Permissions also has a Start after phone restarts switch.
Setup on desktop
Allow the permission your system asks for (Screen Recording on macOS), pick the shortcuts you want and leave 9xSnap in the tray. Copies are saved while it runs.
